This company was absolutely AMAZING! I had used another company for move-out cleaning, (yellow volkswagen bugs) They did a lousy job. I had 1 day to find someone who could do a better job to prepare a house for new residents. The property mgr, called me to give me a list of cleaning that was not done! You see, I live in Houston, and my home is located in Wells Branch, Austin. I was simply at my wits-end! Jennifer was the first to call me back within 15 minutes! I could not believe it! Because I was not in Houston, I needed someone I could trust to do the tasks that needed to be done, which the other company would not do, or had not done! As it was getting late in the day 4:30, I needed Jennifer to try and get to my home before dark (the electricity was off) She was driving from South Austin. She was so cooperative; and she could tell that I was under a lot of stress! She made it to my home, and walked the home looking in every nuck and cranny, We agreed that she should come back on Saturday morning. She was there on-time and went right to work! She recleaned every floor (hardwood) she cleaned the dish washer, checked every room was debris left behind. She got a ladder to stand up to check the 43-inch cabinets, which go to the ceiling, and sure enough the upper shelves had never been touched! She cleaned those thoroughly; and left no prisoners behind! She cleaned the windows, dusted the blinds. Can you believe this; she had an awesome attitude, and simply told me to RELAX! I want to recommend this small business for your cleaning needs; they ran circles around the big cleaning company! TRUST me! I had had enough of the company, and their prices were really cheaper than the other company. I was only too glad to pay what Jennifer asked. I wish I could have paid her more! I am so appreciative, that she came to my rescue, right when I really needed it!

Amazing results! Incredible response time, great customer service and low rates! Hardworking and helpful, friendly and down to earth. I will definitely be hiring these lovely ladies again! I'd much rather support a small local business than hire someone with a corporate mentality.
